Cinnamon and Coffee;

Cinnamon Spiced Coffee
1/3 c Instant coffee
3 tablespoons Sugar
8 Whole cloves
3 Inches stick cinnamon
3 cup Water
Whipped cream
Ground cinnamon

First combine 1/3 cup instant coffee, 3 tablespoons sugar, cloves, stick cinnamon, and water. Cover and bring to the boil. When reaches the boil remove from heat and let stand, covered for about 5 minutes to steep. Strain and pour into cups. Top each with spoonful of whipped cream; and a light dash of cinnamon. This is fun to serve with cinnamon sticks as stirrers. Serves 4 to 6.
